Ultra Headshot $199 – Single setup, fast turnaround, one primary background/light build. Ideal for: professionals, actors, creators needing a flagship headshot.

Ultra Senior $399 - Designed for seniors who want the full Ultra treatment in one experience. Instead of only one look, this session blends everything: a standout Ultra Headshot, elevated Ultra Portraits, and champion‑style images that feel like a poster for this moment in life.

Custom Session -  If you’re planning something Extra ULTRA—multiple sessions, combined Ultra experiences, or an all‑day creator build—use the form to share your ideas and the budget you have in mind. The studio will come back with a custom Ultra proposal.

Your Ultra Session includes dedicated studio time, custom pre‑planning, and a curated set of fully finished, edited images based on the package you choose, with the option to add more favorites so your collection can grow with your needs.

Session Retainer 

A $59 session retainer is required to reserve your session and initiate the planning process. This retainer is not an extra fee—it is fully applied and deducted from your session total.  It covers your planning call, session design, and studio reservation. The remaining balance is due after your session, once you’ve reviewed and selected your images.  Reserve your Ultra Session now, lock in your studio time, and begin the planning process—your $59 retainer secures your spot and goes straight toward the images you’ll walk away with.

Ultra Influencer Program
UltraSnaps is also building with people on the rise: influencers, artists, athletes, performers, and business owners who have momentum, a growing audience, and a drive to make an impact. If you see yourself as an influencer with a following—or the clear potential to build one—jump over to the Ultra Influencer page and fill out that application.  A select group of Ultra Influencers will be invited to collaborate on an ongoing basis: multiple sessions, experimental concepts, and bold imagery they can share on their channels while helping create the next generation of UltraSnaps work. UltraSnaps Session Terms & Image Usage Agreement
By submitting this application and booking a session with UltraSnaps, you agree to the following terms:

Image Ownership, Copyright & Usage
• All images created during your session are copyrighted and remain the exclusive property of UltraSnaps Studio.
• You grant UltraSnaps permission to use your image and likeness in any photographs from your session for studio portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competition, and promotional use, without additional compensation.
• You may use the images you purchase for personal and professional purposes (web, social media, marketing for yourself or your business), but you may not sell the images or authorize third parties to reproduce, resell, or use them in paid advertising without written permission from UltraSnaps.

Client Satisfaction & Payments
• A non‑refundable session retainer (25% of your proposed budget) is due once both parties agree to move forward and a date is set. This retainer covers planning, pre‑session consultation, and reserving the studio and time for you.
• At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to review the images created. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the images, you may choose not to proceed with any additional payment. In that case, no final image purchase is required, but the initial retainer remains non‑refundable.
• If you love the work (as expected), the remaining balance for your selected images and products is due at the time of ordering.

Cancellations, Postponements & Weather
• Sessions are non‑refundable, but your retainer is transferable to a new date if a reschedule is needed. At least 48 hours’ notice is requested for postponements or cancellations.
• If a session must be canceled or postponed due to weather or conditions outside either party’s control, UltraSnaps and the client will reschedule at the earliest mutually available date at no additional charge.

Cooperation
• Client agrees to arrive on time (ideally 10 minutes early) and be prepared for the session.
• UltraSnaps is not responsible if the client and/or key individuals fail to appear, are late, or do not reasonably cooperate during the session. No‑shows or last‑minute cancellations may forfeit the ability to reschedule using the same retainer.

Client Image Usage
• Client is obtaining images/prints for personal and professional use relating to themselves or their brand.
• Client shall not sell the images, submit them to stock libraries, or authorize third‑party reproductions without prior written consent from UltraSnaps.
• Cropping for format and basic social media adjustments (such as minor exposure or straightening) are allowed. Any additional editing, retouching, use of filters, AI manipulation, or other alterations to UltraSnaps images is strictly prohibited unless you receive explicit written permission from the studio.
